Nancy proudly follows in her father’s and grandfather’s footsteps as a third-generation Realtor. As co-owner of Kurtz Realty, she’s honored to keep the dream of a family-based, family-serving real estate company alive. Nancy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a lifelong resident of Brookfield. She and Tim are the parents of 3 children and are now empty nesters which allows them to focus their time and talents helping home buyers and sellers.

Tim is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison who has spent more than 20 years in the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial real estate. He’s a lifelong resident of Southeastern Wisconsin, having grown up in Mequon and Thiensville and is currently living in Brookfield with his wife Nancy, their 3 children and 2 dogs.
